Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the undersigned real estate agent shall provide a rebate equivalent to twenty-five percent (25%) of the earned commission, up to a maximum sum of Five Thousand Dollars (USD $5,000), to the buyer upon the successful closing of a real estate transaction. This offer is contingent upon the following conditions:

• Transaction Involvement: The rebate applies solely to the real estate commission earned by the agent on the buyer's real estate side of the transaction.
• Mandatory Lender Usage: The buyer must secure financing through E3 Elite Home Loans for the purchase of the property to be eligible for this rebate offer.
• Buyer Representation Agreement: The buyer must have entered into a valid and binding Buyer Representation Agreement with E3 Realty prior to the transaction.
• Legal Compliance: This offer is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. In the event that the total credit due to the buyer reaches the maximum limit permissible under relevant lending laws, this rebate offer will be accordingly excluded or adjusted to comply with such laws.

The buyer acknowledges and agrees that these conditions are integral to the rebate offer and must be fully complied with to avail of the rebate. Failure to meet any of these conditions will render the rebate offer null and void.
